Ľubomír Alezár - Partner

Ľubomír Alezár is a certified tax advisor registered with the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors. He is a member of the methodological committee of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors in the area of value added tax and excise duties. He specialises in indirect taxes, international tax and corporate income tax. From 1995 to 1998, he worked for the international audit and consultancy company KPMG in Bratislava. Then, he joined Deloitte & Touche in Bratislava as a manager in the tax department. He has been working at LA & Partners since 2003. He is fluent in English and Slovak.

During his career he has provided tax advisory services to Slovak and foreign companies performing their business in the Slovak Republic in a wide range of industries including trading companies, manufacturing companies, financial institutions and service-providers. As a tax advisor, he worked in teams or led teams of tax specialists who provided services to foreign investors during the acquisition process of Slovak companies.

Branislav Laurinc - Partner

Branislav Laurinc is a certified tax advisor registered with the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors. He is a member of the methodological committee of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors in the area of corporate income tax. He worked for 5 years at the tax department of multinational audit and advisory company Deloitte & Touche. He has been working at LA & Partners since 2003. He is fluent in English and Slovak.

Besides involvement in general advisory services for Slovak and foreign clients, he was also engaged in tax due diligence projects, tax reviews, tax planning and international taxation issues. During his career he has provided tax advisory services to manufacturing and trading companies as well as to financial institutions and service-providers. He specialises in corporate and international taxation.
